9am arrival

10am Circle up for Greeting and Preparation for Guided Journey

12:30pm Corporeal Regression Guided Journey

4:30pm Integration and Sharing of Guided Journey

5pm - 6pm - light dinner (salad, etc.) end for the day

Sunday May 18th

9am arrival

10am circle up for Creation of Sacred Art

12:30pm Break for light lunch (salad, etc.)

1pm circle back up for The Sacred Water Ceremony

4pm Ending circle for sharing and integration

5 - 6 pm end of workshop  

Bring water (water bottles) to drink for both days

Wear comfortable clothing - White or light colored clothing
